Physical Therapy focuses on weight bearing, wheelchair mobility, and range of motion. Coordination, ambulation, posture, balance, endurance, strength, reflex and reactions, aquatic therapy, and coordination. 

Occupational Therapy assists the individual in use of fingers and hands, eye-hand coordination, self-care skills, eating, and other skills needed to carry out daily living and vocational skills. 

Speech Therapy helps in maintaining language and strengthening conversational, expressive, receptive, and other communication skills, and assists in exploring and training for alternative types of communication. Evaluation and treatment of swallowing disorders is also completed in this department. 

Counseling services are provided by both the Psychologist and Spiritual  Services Coordinator. This service is available in individuals and group settings. Counseling sessions, Bible study, devotions, holiday programs, and weekly Campus Community Church services. VNU is a Christian based facility and we believe that when are residents are closer to Jesus thy are more complete individuals. 

Nursing services promote wellness and provide health education. Nurses coordinate the provision of quality medical care, with input from the individual, family, staff, and medical community.

Provides nutritious meals to individuals. The dietitian provides menus, consultation for special diets, and works with staff and individuals served to meet the dietary needs of all.

Snoezelen is a room equipped with various lighting effects, textures, sounds and smells to create a multi-sensory environment.
