Jo Johnson

Education: Graduated from Fulda, MN High School and received a BA in Nursing and a certification in the field of Rehabilitation Nursing from South Dakota State University.

Joined VNU: June 1988

Previous Work: Worked at CCSI in Worthington, MN and Bookings Area Adjustment Services as a Direct Support Professional. Later worked at Sioux Valley Hospital (now Sanford), as a staff nurse on the Medical/Neurology/Urology floor. After moving to NW Iowa, she began working part-time at VNU. 

Why do you choose to work at the Village? "I am inspired by the people I work with every day, getting lessons in strength, perseverance, faith, trust, humility and love." 

Hobbies: Collecting/restoring antiques, Geneology, photography, hiking, and most of all enjoying time with children & grandchildren
