  Treasure Chest ~ Treasure Chest volunteers generally work one morning or afternoon each week, or on an on-call basis, pricing items and working as sales clerks.

Fantasia ~ Volunteers are used to help with dishes at the soda fountain as well as rearranging merchandise and tidying display areas.

Residential Living ~ The house volunteer position could be filled by an adult, college or high school volunteer. Volunteers supervise consumers and/or answer the phone during staff meetings.

Literacy Program ~ Volunteers work one-on-one with an individual to improve their literacy skills.

Mending ~ Volunteers assist with mending of consumers' clothing once a month.

Greenhouse ~ Volunteers assist in planting, transplanting, and other greenhouse duties.

Recreation ~ Volunteers would assist with an afternoon or evening of swimming, bowling, etc., join a group out for dinner and a movie, or spend some time in the houses playing games, etc.

Maintenance ~ Volunteers assist when an occasional project arises in carpentry, painting, yard work, or general fix-it responsibilities.

Transportation ~ Volunteers assist by picking up loads of donated merchandise for the Treasure Chest or delivering tomatoes to retail outlets for Northwest Produce.
