What is the
difference between a Residential Skills Trainer I and a Residential
Skills Trainer II?
The duties
are basically the same. The
difference is in how
the person is scheduled. A Residential Skills Trainer I is scheduled
for a certain number of hours each week. A Residential Skills Trainer
II could be compared to a substitute teacher. They may have shifts that
are scheduled a month ahead of time, but may also receive calls during
the month for additional shifts, as needs arise. At that time, they
have the ability to accept or decline shifts according to how they work
into their schedule.
My
family is very
important to me. Does Village Northwest think families are important?
Yes - In
fact the Village has a committee
called "Family
Enrichment Team", whose purpose is to recognize each
employee’s family
as an asset both to the employee and Village Northwest. Some of the
activities this committee plans include: an Easter party, Christmas
party, roller skating party, family portraits, and job shadow day. All
of these events are planned for Village staff and their families.
