What is the difference between a Residential Skills Trainer I and a Residential Skills Trainer II?

The duties are basically the same. The difference is in how the person is scheduled. A Residential Skills Trainer I is scheduled for a certain number of hours each week. A Residential Skills Trainer II could be compared to a substitute teacher. They may have shifts that are scheduled a month ahead of time, but may also receive calls during the month for additional shifts, as needs arise. At that time, they have the ability to accept or decline shifts according to how they work into their schedule.
